Kurumi Nalezyty

Kurumi Nalezyty is a Team Assistant, providing executive support to Partners and Directors based in Tokyo and Silicon Valley. Previously, she worked as an HR Specialist and Wellness Coordinator at Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems in Detroit, Michigan, where she managed employee benefits, health incentive programs, and expatriate support in the Midwest.

Kurumi also served as a Lead Teacher and Assistant to the Director at a major childcare education provider in Novi, Michigan, earning a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential from Rasmussen University. She began her career as a Travel Consultant with H.I.S., one of Japan's largest travel agencies.
