Ken Suzuki

Ken Suzuki brings over two decades of cross-border leadership in HR, finance, and executive advisory to his role as Interim Head of HR at Woven Capital.

Prior to joining Woven Capital in 2025, he served as a Partner at Heidrick & Struggles Tokyo, where he advised on strategic talent, senior leadership assessment, and executive recruitment across financial services and adjacent sectors, drawing on more than 12 years of experience in the executive search industry.

Previously, Ken held senior HR and finance leadership roles in Japan’s financial services sector. He served as Head of HR, Japan, at BlackRock, and both CFO and Head of HR, Japan, at Barclays Global Investors. He began his career in financial services at American Express.

Ken holds a B.A. in Human Sciences from Waseda University and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
