Keiko Yamaoka

Keiko Yamaoka joined Woven Capital to manage global operations and support the fund's investment activities.

Before joining Woven Capital, Keiko served as Director of Investments at Pegasus Tech Ventures based in Silicon Valley, leading the investment team and coordinating internal transactions to support the ins and outs of investments for over six years. During her career at Pegasus, Keiko was also the lead of a major internal restructuring project surrounding investment data management and the creation of risk and compliance assessment policies and supervision workflows. Additionally, she served as the main MC of the Startup World Cup held in Tokyo, Japan, and with her linguistic skills in both English and Japanese, contributed to the company's relationships between her global teams and large enterprises in Japan.

Keiko started her career as a sales representative and e-commerce consultant at Rakuten. Keiko also has the experience of working for an asset management company as the executive assistant to the CEO.

Keiko holds a bachelor's degree in business and commerce from Keio University and a certificate in global business from the University of Washington
