Ayano Kase

Ayano Kase is a Portfolio Success Manager at Woven Capital and is responsible for leading projects to accelerate portfolio company growth and strategic value for Toyota Group companies. She is based in the United Kingdom and drives strategic activities across Europe.

Previously, Ayano led business development initiatives at Woven by Toyota, including the Woven City Project, a cornerstone project for transforming Toyota into a Mobility Company.

Prior to joining Woven by Toyota, Ayano was a management consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, where she supported executive leadership and management teams on new business, go-to-market, investment, and turnaround strategy.

Ayano holds a B.A. in Economics-Statistics from Columbia University.
